(00750.HK) was founded in 1995, formerly known as China Singyes Solar Technology Holdings Co., Ltd., and was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2009. In November 2019, the company obtained a capital increase of 66.92% of the shares of Shuifa Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise in Shandong Province, and became the first-level ownership company of Shuifa Group in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
