Fangda Group was founded on December 28, 1991 in Shenzhen, the frontier of reform and opening up.

On November 29th, 1995,the B-share of the company was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

In April of the next year, the company's A-share listed, is one of the earliest private enterprises listed in China.

Fangda Group now has 7 national high-tech enterprises, 1 "national manufacturing single champion" enterprise and 3 "specialized and special new" enterprises, with businesses in more than 120 countries and regions around the world. The market share of the company's Metro screen door system, graphene and nano aluminum veneer materials, photovoltaic building integration (BIPV), smart curtain wall system and other four products are in the forefront of the industry.
