Features

The Facade Auto Assembly Line mainly consists of a lifting platform and a conveyor platform.

1. The assembly line is approximately 65 meters long, with 19 conveyor platform sections (the number can be customized according to customer requirements), each section being 3 meters long, equipped with a front and rear lifting conversion platform.

2. The assembly line is a segmented, series-connected assembly, with each section spaced 300mm apart and connected by fixed bases. The overall height of the assembly line is approximately 800mm.

3. The conveyor platform has two layers. The upper layer has a maximum load capacity of 1.5 tonsx19 sections. The upper rollers are unpowered, while the lower layer uses double-sprocket rollers driven by a motor.

4. Each section of the conveyor platform has a safety photoelectric switch at the pedestrian walkway. When the photoelectric switch signal is cut off, the lower rollers on both sides of the conveyor platform stop working, ensuring personnel safety.

5. Each upper section of the conveyor platform is equipped with two tool trays. The tool trays are non-removable but can be manually rotated for cleaning.

6. Each section is equipped with one 220V power socket and four gas sockets (two on each side) at the middle, for the convenience of assembly personnel using gas and electricity.

7. Each assembly line is equipped with 26 unit brackets (the number can be matched according to customer requirements), with a maximum extension length of 2.4 meters. The contact surfaces are fitted with scratch-resistant rubber plates.

8. Both ends of the conveyor platform are equipped with unit bracket lifting platforms, facilitating the transfer of unit brackets from the upper to the lower level of the conveyor platform.
